Often in life we choose problems without really knowing. We get stuck in situations that are frustrating, problematic, or simply just not ideal. Sometimes we think this is how it is and the way it is. In reality we choose a lot of situations we put ourselves in.   In this episode I talk about how a recent experience at the laundromat as an example of how we choose problems.
