Sober Stories: Dawn

This week I speak to Dawn, who at 26 years old, has 5 months of sobriety under her belt. Dawn is wonderfully honest about her relationship with alcohol and getting sober. She is a breath of fresh air and just says it as it is. Dawn’s drinking escalated due to a family issue that spiralled during lockdown. She knew she needed to tackle it and sought great comfort and help being part of the AA programme.
