In this podcast episode, Heidi from Portsmouth takes us through her story with alcohol and 7 months of sobriety. Starting at 13, Heidi never saw her drinking as a real issue until she reflects on it with the benefit of hindsight. Much like myself, Heidi shares that she drank alcohol to ‘get drunk’, almost from the get-go.
