This week I chat with Patrick J Fox who is a men’s Life Coach specialising in alcohol and sobriety. Patrick is also the host of ‘The Alcohol Re-Think Podcast’ of which I am a big fan. He is based in Watford, just outside London, and lives with his partner, dog and children.
