EFT Tapping : Why Do We Resist What We KNOW Works For Us?

Why DO we resist what we know is good for us?  Why do we scroll social media instead of practicing meditation? Why do we binge watch Netflix instead of getting to be early after a great nighttime routine? Why do we choose to skip the gym, eat processed meats or overwork ourselves if we know that health and wellbeing is as far away as choosing an apple, gentle movement and taking a pause from the PC? These are quite the questions to ponder and will have different answers for different people. The answers as to why is actually not as important as resolving the issue though, and EFT tapping can help without having to dig into the subconscious to learn where we picked up bad habits or resistance to good ones. In this episode I share an EFT tapping script that you can follow along with to release some of the programming and emotions around making the right choices and your resistance to do so.
