Get your "But" and "So" in order

Recapping on the past few episodes, Evan stops Mark and asks him what his "But" and "So" are for his daily actions and things that are holding him back. Evan wants Mark to toss the journals and start a "Golden Journal."  Mark goes on record and says "Thank you Evan" But Evan is not convinced.
