Seattle’s Smiley, Singing Bus Driver

KEXP recently celebrated Transit Operator Appreciation Day. There’s one transit operator in particular that has touched the life of KEXP’s Larry Mizell, Jr. It’s Reggie “Smiley” Wilson.
