For now, don’t worry about presence or credibility, that’s what most of us tend to over index on. Focus on showing warmth. 2. Share your bloopers. In your stories and even work presentation, share specific aspects of yourself and your experiences, NOT trying to be perfect. Of course at work your experience needs to relate to your topic. But say you’re talking about trustworthy AI, share a funny story where you got a crazy response from some generative AI platform. 3. Charisma can be rehearsed a la Robin Williams.
