Why do you do what you do? Why does it matter? Why do you care if people 'hear' your message?    In the Speaking with Confidence facebook group the community spent a lot of time workshopping and brainstorming each other's Earn-The-Rights - a key platform to calm your nerves, overcome imposter syndrome and claim credibility.    One part of that framework is what you do and why …    And I was struck when workshopping everyone's that the 'why' is important.
