Ep: 99 Surviving the Back-to-School ScariesThe beginning of a new school year can bring both feelings of excitement and stress. For a first year special education teacher, a veteran teacher who is moving to a new district or even someone (like me) who is starting a new position within the same district...things can get overwhelming quickly. Through today's episode, I hope to provide support to those of you who aren’t pumped about going back to school because of the extreme amount of work that’s ahead of you and hopefully give you a little boost of motivation to help your year start off smoothly. The whole point of this episode is to show you that back-to-school doesn’t have to be scary. When you implement self-care strategies and make intentional moves to reduce stress, the scaries will soon be forgotten. Guess what!! Next week is Episode 100 and you are not gonna want to miss it!
