Spinning Out (another music podcast) We talk to artists about their favorite albums and go on wild tangents. Today we're talking with artist Mike King about the 1980 post-punk album, "For How Much Longer Do We Tolerate Mass Murder" by The Pop Group. To be honest I'd never heard of this album, but was super into it & so glad Mike introduced me to it. it's such a viscerally political record that still resonates in so many ways today. We also talk later in the conversation about the 2nd pressing of Mike's book, Maximum Plunder, which compiles his 30+ years of art into one amazing book. You'd recognize his work with Nirvana, Foo Fighters, Black Flag, Mudhoney, Public Enemy, Ice T, Ornette Coleman & Sun Ra. Honestly, the list goes on and on. Maximum Plunder is available for purchase now. Each order receives an art print signed by Mike King, while supplies last: https://shop.gocollect.com/
