How do you Make Decisions?..Excitement and Marshmellows

Post Retreat Realisations…Here discussing the theme of Excitement. I have spoken on this previously, here going into greater depth. What happens when you make decisions when you’re excited? How does excitement play a role in your life and directions? Do you make decisions based on FOMO (Fear of Missing Out)? Are you quite spontaneous? Impulsive? How do we arrive here to enjoy the Experience on this planet? We each a different life dependent upon the belief system that we adhere to. It is only when we look at the core belief that we realise, we even have a choice of having it or not. In this episode I share a lot of my own experiences of working with excitement and why I now I am very discerning of this state of being.
