What can we learn from relationships during these times? How do we navigate ourselves through the minefield of theories, belief systems and fantasies that tell us what a spiritual relationship is like? This episode explores relationships as I share my own personal experiences with relationships, growing up, unconscious ones and conscious ‘spiritual’ ones - sharing my perspectives on how they have changed me.
