Ashleigh Milani hails from Winnipeg, MB, where she grew up playing any sport that she could. She has spent the last 8 years working and volunteering as a coach across Canada in the sports of rowing, competitive swimming, and strength and conditioning. She believes that the foundation of any successful sport program is based on an educated coaching staff, and a supportive learning environment for all. She is very excited to help create these dynamics throughout the sporting world of New Brunswick, and work to provide all coaches support in becoming the best that they can be. Ashleigh holds a Bachelor’s of Kinesiology from the University of Manitoba, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.  Ashleigh is the host of the Coach's Plan Podcast Plan de Coach.
