61: The Murder of Marilyn Sheppard

In 1954 Marilyn Reese Sheppard was brutally murdered in her home in Bay Village, Ohio an upscale suburb of Cleveland. If you take the media’s word for it, her killer was none other than her husband, Sam Sheppard. But the case isn’t as simple as it seems, and even three trials spanning 50 years weren’t able to come to a definite conclusion.This week we get into all the details of all the trials, other possible suspects, and even a detour into professional wrestling.
