Kindness

After a slightly hysterical trailer, we return with the first episode of  Season Three in a much more thoughtful mood. This week we talk about the concept of kindness and how that works in the world of work. What does kindness mean to stage managers and how can we demonstrate kindness whilst keeping the production on track?
