A recent U.S. Supreme Court decision is making waves in law enforcement circles. The case—Oklahoma v. Castro-Huerta—concerns who prosecutes crimes committed on tribal land when non-Native American suspects are involved.   Today on the pod, we'll talk about what this case means for tribal sovereignty here in Michigan.
