Following the success of a previous recording for Hangovers and ‘Hangxiety’, I wanted to create a new audio to act as a different option for those who sometimes find themselves really struggling with the effects of a hangover. This is something that, from my past, I really relate to – as a hangover can often be seen as a sign of ‘weakness’ or something that is self-inflicted and therefore shouldn’t be rewarded with any form of sympathy. The physical impact of a hangover can leave some people feeling crippled and deflated and add to that anybody who feels the emotional effect alongside, it really can take its toll in so many ways. Therefore, I’ve written this to offer a comforting, non-judgmental space - a relaxing audio massage - to give those struggling the support that they may be craving. If you are reading this and suffering with a hangover – please know you’re not alone and hopefully this will help guide you into a much needed nap or a long sleep on the night after a long day’s hangover.
