You Want To Get back In the Work Force So did our guest, Erin Allen Gibson.   She was a lawyer, raised her family, and then 10 years later she decided she wanted to return and be a lawyer again.  Whether you are a lawyer, doctor, teacher, or any other profession, when you 'take a break' from the workforce for any reason, the path back to the working world can be daunting.  What's more, as Erin found, the "path" back may be non-existent.  Sometime when you have no path, you have to make your own!Create Your Own Way Back to the Job That You WantIn one of my favorite movies, Murphy's Romance, the main character, Murphy, runs into his love interest, Emma, at city hall.  He is paying a fine for parking his vintage car in front of his store.  Emma chides Murphy, "Don't you know you can't beat city hall?"
