Why Does Purging Stuff Feel So GoodThere is something about the word "purge."  It is pretty powerful and descriptive, don't you think?  I have been purging since before the new year.  I can not seem to stop getting rid of stuff.  It feels so good.  I got to thinking, "Why does purging your stuff feel so good?"In this podcast episode, I share my research on why purging may feel so great.I introduce a book, Does This Clutter Make My Butt Look Fat by Mr Peter Walsh.  Published in 2009, the book posits that Clutter can actual make you gain weight.  Mr Walsh may be on to something.
