Massive Fundings Celestia Foundation, a one-year-old crypto startup that focuses on building a modular blockchain infrastructure that separates data availability and consensus from execution, enabling developers to create more scalable and flexible apps, raised a $100 million round led by Bain Capital Crypto, with Syncracy Capital, 1kx, Robot Ventures, and Placeholder also taking stakes. EGYM, a 14-year-old Denver company whose software integrates with fitness equipment to track user progress, offer personalized workout plans, and provide real-time feedback to optimize performance, has raised a $200+ million Series G round at a $1.2+ billion post-money valuation. Route 92 Medical, a nine-year-old startup based in San Mateo, CA, that develops specialized catheter systems used in neurovascular procedures that are designed to quickly and effectively navigate complex blood vessels and remove clots in stroke patients, raised a $50 million Series F extension round led by Novo Holdings, with previous investors U.S. Venture Partners, Norwest Venture Partners, InnovaHealth Partners, and The Vertical Group also participating. Torq, a four-year-old startup based in Portland, OR, whose main product allows security teams to manage and automate tasks such as analyzing threats and responding to incidents using AI and pre-built integrations, raised a $70 million Series C round. Ujet, a nine-year-old San Francisco startup whose cloud-based contact center platform helps companies manage customer support through voice and chat, with AI-powered tools like virtual agents and intelligent routing, raised a $76 million Series D round led by previous investor Sapphire Ventures, with KeyCorp and IonPacific as well as prior backers GV, Kleiner Perkins, Citi Ventures, DCM, and Ericsson Ventures also opting in.
