018 - Marcia Williams

Marcia Williams is a Supply Chain Consultant whose expertise is where supply chain, technology and finance merge. Starting out in Accounting in Uruguay - borders Argentina and Brazil, Marcia realized that in addition to measuring and reporting the value created, she wanted to achieve higher heights by creating such a value. In pursuit of this goal, she came to the US to attend Michigan State University - a consistently top-ranked school in Supply Chain. She obtained her MBA with concentrations in Supply Chain and Finance and worked in very large manufacturing companies such as Alcoa and Cummins Inc. Her contributions were in cost reduction and streamlining the Supply Chain through six sigma and the functionalities that technology brings. After over a decade of experience, Marcia decided to start her own consulting company in New York. She and her team work with startups, small and medium-sized companies across different verticals to take their supply chains to the next level.
