In today’s episode we will be discussing Artificial Intelligence or “AI”.  AI is increasingly being used to drive sustainable consumption, by helping consumers make more informed choices about their purchases and by providing businesses with insights into consumer preferences and behaviours. AI has the potential to greatly enhance sustainability by reducing waste and maximising resource efficiency. I should point out that we need to consider the pros and cons of how AI is driving more sustainable consumption, in order to fully understand its impact and potential limitations.
