A Lubbock, Texas man was arrested on Wednesday for the capital murder of his girlfriend’s infant daughter. 27-year-old Trevor Rowe allegedly crammed the ten month old inside a backpack, and left the backpack in the trunk of his car for five hours. A New York City Bartender was sentenced to only six months in prison for the one-punch homicide of 21-year-old Danny McGee. Finally, in Ohio, Brian Michael Rini, a 24-year-old man who fraudulently claimed to be missing Illinois boy, Timothy Pitzen, has pled guilty and was sentenced to two years for aggravated identity theft.
