#111 - Montana Brown - Life Lessons From An Overnight Success

Montana Brown is a former reality TV star, appearing on season 3 of Love Island. She is the founder and CEO of Swim Society, a sustainable swim wear brand encouraging body positivity. Montana is also a mental health advocate. In this two part episode we discuss Montana's rise to fame, how it impacted her and what she leant from being thrust into the public eye. We discuss her mental health and what she does now to maintain positive mental health - and we also hear how a close friend of Montana's decided to take his life. This is one of the most powerful conversation on the podcast so far and I am eternally grateful to Montana for being so open and honest. I believe her advice will save lives. ---------- This episode is sponsored by SEAT, in support of CALM mental health charity. https://www.seat.co.uk/ https://www.thecalmzone.net/
