Salla Franzén is the Chief Data Scientist at SEB, one of the leading banks in the Nordic countries with roughly 15 000 employees.  In this episode, Salla tells us about how her "special forces team" of 9 data scientists is trying to make the entire organization of 15 000 people become more data-driven.
