Hellbound

Movie review with SPOILERS! I watched this and was spellbound with how this short series (6 episodes) challenges the institution of religion. This series starts with "demons" chasing down someone and pummeling them to death. We later find out that each person that meets this fate had a previous vision predicting their death and more importantly, that they will be sent to hell. The bulk of the storyline focuses on how a new religion, the New Truth, forms from these events, the creation of doctrine, and what this organization will do in order to protect its "truths".
