Emily Rolfe had quite the scare this past August at the CrossFit Games. She had to be rushed to emergency surgery after the opening event and could have lost her arm if not for the quick actions of the Games medical staff. Rolfe talks about what happened to her in Bike to Work that ultimately led to her being taken to the hospital, why she initially wanted to keep competing, how she manages training for the Games while having a full-time job and what it’s like going up against athletes who are half her age.
