Margaux Alvarez competed at the CrossFit Games 7-times in her career. She made 6 appearances as an individual and one on a team in 2019…Despite retiring from CrossFit competition, Margaux still has plenty keeping her busy. She runs GOAT wine, is launching her own fitness app and recently competed in her first Tactical Games competition. She talks about how she was introduced to the Tactical Games, what it’s like training for that competition, the challenges of running a wine business, what motivated her to start her own fitness app, and getting invited to compete as a legend at the upcoming Rogue Invitational.
