Haley Adams has competed at the CrossFit Games three times as a teenager and four times as an individual. She took 9th place overall this last August in Madison. Adams talks about her experience at the Games this season, the changes she is making to her training in order to try and get stronger, why she skipped the Rogue Invitational and how she made the decision to stay with Mayhem.
