Ben Bergeron is the head of CompTrain. He is best known for coaching Katrin Davidsdottir during her back-to-back CrossFit Games championships. He now has the likes of Cole Sager and Chandler Smith in his camp.  Ben talks about the recent exodus from CompTrain, what happened with Chandler Smith at the Granite Games, his sense of the current training landscape for elite athletes and where opportunities for growth may be for CompTrain.
