Fitness with Friends #75 - Haley Adams

Haley Adams has been a fixture at the CrossFit Games since 2016 when she competed as a teenager.  She has been in a total of 6 CrossFit Games in her career and has never finished lower than 6th.  Adams is also coming off a 5th place finish at the Rogue Invitational.  She talks about her year so far, how she's matured as a person and a competitor, and a possible future inside the squared circle.
