Arielle Loewen qualified for the CrossFit Games for the first time in her career in 2021 when she finished 1st at the Granite Games.  She would go on to finish 14th in Madison and is coming off a 3rd place finish at Wodapalooza. She talks about her expectations heading into the semifinals last season, how winning the Granite Games helped resurrect her career, the lessons she’s learned about herself as an athlete and a person and what her expectations are heading into this season.
