Fitness with Friends #90 - Justin Medeiros

Justin Medeiros is coming off first place worldwide finish in quarterfinals and will be competing at the Syndicate Crown Semifinal in Knoxville, Tennessee.  He talks about getting ready for his first live competition of the season and what his approach will be to semifinals this year. We also spend a lot of time getting to know more about him as a person.  Justin also talks about growing up in Lodi, California, the life lessons he learned from wrestling and how his mom is responsible for getting him into CrossFit.
