He works in a small primary health care center in the countryside close to the city of Falun. Mats has been an MI practitioner since 2006 and a trainer since 2007 and became a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT) in 2012. As part of the Program Planning Committee he worked on the organising team for the MINT Forums in Montreal, Dublin and New Orleans 2016-2018.
