Some east coast farmers are reporting more than 100 millimetres of rainfall today as a weather system crosses slowly across the north but the bureau says that will ease, and Biosecurity Tasmania is asking for public comment up until the end of the month on a Tasmanian farmer who wants to import American bison from the mainland.
