The north west community around Smithton has welcomed the decision of Ta Ann to base their operations there but it's cold comfort to the Huon area which loses the Ta Ann plant, and Nick Steel the CEO of Tasmanian Forest Products Association says the timber industry is watching the trade tension situation with China closely
