Water sales for the augmentation of the Greater Meander Irrigation scheme have been launched and an extra 11 thousand megalitres is available to local farmers, and a Northern Midlands sheep farmer has used mini bales on a bicycle ridden from his property to Hobart for transportation across Bass Strait for processing.
