In today's episode we speak to Simon Pearlman about the role of a TEFL teacher, teacher development and a whole lot more.  Simon talks about his journey in TEFL and some of the things he loves and doesn't love so much about the world of TEFL. He also tells us about the TEFL Development Hub and what he's doing alongside his it's co-founder Teresa Bestwick (T) to help TEFL professionals across the board.    I'm looking forward to having Simon back on the show in the near future.
