This morning I spoke to the amazing Laura McWilliams about her Career and busy life. She explained the importance of mentoring and the impact great mentoring has had on her life and work. Laura McWilliams has been an Academic Manager at British Council France, where she manages the courses for the Secondary lifestage, for almost five years. Her ELT journey has also led her to Italy and Egypt, and nowadays to the whole world through the magic of the internet. She is a TYLEC tutor, a DELTA local tutor and also delivers online training. In her free time, she also volunteers for the IATEFL Young Learners and Teenagers Special Interest Group and other ELT-related projects. Despite all her social media profile photos, she is not actually a panda.
