Echoing some of the emerging evidence from research in the area, the two teachers concur that planning for retirement is key to leading a fullfiling retirement life. Out of the discussions, comes an emphasis for African governments to improve on training teachers on financial literacy and providing for opportunities for retired teachers to formally  mentor the younger teachers.
