In this special episode of Tech Intersect, I share a replay of my weekly ListenToBlackWomen.com show with co-host Shontavia Johnson, Esq., an IP lawyer, academic and my business partner at LIT Braintrust, LLC. We cover the NFT beef between Dame Dash and Roc-a-fella Records (RAF). On June 18th, RAF filed a complaint in federal district court in New York against Dash  to prevent him from auctioning an NFT of the copyright in Jay-Z’s iconic album, Reasonable Doubt via a little-known minting and farming platform, SuperFarm. This case involves NFTs and copyrights but it’s mostly a corporate law case. On July 1, Inner City Press live tweeted the Show Cause hearing where Dash's lawyer asked that the preliminary injunction be limited to the album, not a hologram of his corp. interest. RAF's counsel requested a permanent injunction.  What a mess! How do you think this case will end? Tweet me your thoughts @IPProfTevans.SPONSORED BY ADVANTAGE EVANS™ ACADEMY Got goals?
