5th Tuesday Great Compline

The Order of Great Compline for a Tuesday of the Great Fast. Normally starting at the Second Week, we take at Great Compline the Canon of one of the saints of the day for the period of Holy and Bright Weeks. Due to time constraints I am unable to record these canons. The 5th Tuesday always corresponds to the saint of the day on Bright Wednesday, but this year that is April 23rd, the Holy Great Martyr George, whose commemoration is not skipped on that date. Therefore tonight's Canon can be to make up one that was missed earlier in the Fast or the standard Supplicatory Canon to the Theotokos in the Tone of the Week for the Day of the Week from the Oktoekhos.Please consider supporting me in creating this podcast.
