5th Wednesday Small Compline

The Order of Small Compline for the Fifth Wednesday of the Great Fast. Due to the rigors of the coming vigil Matins with prostrations, Great Compline is replaced by a simple Small Compline. The Canon of the Saint of the Day omitted by the Great Canon (April 3rd: Our Venerable Father Nicetas) may be read in the usual place.
