148. How I Integrate Human Design

That Projector Life - A podcast by That Projector Life - Wednesdays

We're taking a look at the process I go through when I'm learning about something new, especially in Human Design. I've recently realized that I move through two phases (well, it's probably more, but I'm keeping it simple for now).  First, I start with mentally understanding and processing a new topic. Then, I begin to shift that understanding from my mind into my being through applying what I've learned. I observe myself (and sometimes the world around me) to solidify and more deeply understand what I've learned.  That's why I haven't gone terribly deep into many Human Design topics (think the more in-depth ones like tone or base). Because I simply don't have the embodied understanding that I need to really share the information in a meaningful way.  So as I share this process with you, I want to challenge you and invite you to think about where you are in your own understanding journey in Human Design. Where do you hold the information? And are you really living it? Each answer is personal and unique to you and how you operate, so take some time and reflect.   Support the podcast by making a donation - https://glow.fm/thatprojectorlife/   Want my sass and guidance in your back pocket?
