When we are trying to create the life of our heart’s desire, we set goals. Some of us have weight goals, relationship goals, health goals, career goals and even business goals. We can get in such a hurry to create the ultimate outcome that the entire process can become and exercise in frustration and impatience and confusion. Those emotions are exhausting, and…so, many times, we just wear ourselves out and give up. We think what we are doing isn’t working because we aren’t there yet or we think we must not be doing it right or that we picked the wrong goal and the worst thought ever…it just wasn’t meant to be.
