Ian spent a decade in copier sales prior to spending the last 9 years where he consistently crushed his numbers and lead to many years as the #1 Enterprise rep and for multiple years was a million dollar earner at Salesforce. All of this success took its toll on Ian, as he wrapped much of his self-worth up into his job, leading to issues with addiction, and caused him to almost lose his family. Ian shared many of the lessons he learned from his success and struggles in today’s episode. A near death experience led Ian to start his coaching business where his mission is to share his learnings over 19 years in tech sales to help AE’s perform their best, and help them achieve success by mastering mindset, habits, and the skills needed to perform at the highest level. He does this all while also making sure his customer’s find joy and fulfillment outside of just their work.
