Adoption Conversations: Charlotte and Kerrie

Welcome to conversations from the Adoption & Fostering podcast In this conversation Scott has a really interesting discussion with Birth Mum Charlotte and Adoptive Mum Kerrie. It is a unique story, and one that left him speechless. Charlotte and Kerrie have established a relationship in the hope of it benefitting their son, and what began as a facebook message has now developed into something clearly quite special for everyone. Whilst still early days for everyone, Kerrie felt it right that Charlotte should always be involved in their sons life, and with support on both sides they have embarked on a more open adoption. Both Mums were a joy to talk to, and I don’t mind admitting to some eye leakage from myself during the conversation.
