Mr. Ed John is currently retired after working for the Salem-Keizer Public School District as an administrator for many years. To this day, he continues to stay busy and work part-time doing mentorship work with new school administrators! During his time as a principal, he chose to lead via inspiring his staff and students to strive for excellence, encouraging them every step of the way and motivating young individuals like mentors have done for him in the past! Ed believes that if you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life and I couldn’t agree more!
