When you think about the holidays, specifically eating holiday foods, does it automatically make you anxious? This can be a difficult time of year which is why I sit down with Lauren Larkin who is Mental Health Counselor based out of New York City. Her areas of expertise include eating disorders, anxiety, depression, relationship issues and trauma work. Aside from being a professional in the mental health industry, Lauren has personally struggled with an eating disorder and aims to cut down the time that individuals worry about food!
